A cellulose powder which mixes with water to form a paste. Particularly suitable for covering a large area of paper, it is also the ideal medium for projects involving paper and paper lamination. Extremely water soluble so it is very easily cleaned from surfaces, clothing and hair. Preservative free so safe for use with children.
